Starting from 01 November 2020 the MFA of Ukraine shall be issuing foreigners with Ukrainian electronic visas (e-Visa) via improved and facilitated procedure:
1. e-Visas shall be issued for a single or a double entry into Ukraine and allow their holders to stay in Ukraine for up to 30 days where the purpose of the trip is business / private visit / tourism / medical treatment / cultural, scientific, educational or sports activities / foreign mass media staff visit.
2. Applicants shall be given a choice of the application mode procedure – either expedited (1 business day) or standard (3 business days) service.
3. e-Visa fees have been significantly reduced:
single entry e-Visa – 20 USD*, double entry e-Visa – 30 USD*
* standard service. Fees are doubled for expedited procedure
How to apply:
register at the MFA web-platform evisa.mfa.gov.ua
fill in the application form, upload scanned copies of supporting documents (passport, invitation etc.) and pay the consular fee online with a bank card
e-Visa is sent to the applicant’s email address (in pdf format).
Upon arrival to Ukraine, all applicants should present the printed e-Visa along with their valid passport to Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service officers.

** According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 28 July 2020 no. 295/2020 «On temporary introduction of the visa free regime for nationals of the People’s Republic of China visiting Ukraine with a tourist purpose» from 01 August 2020 till 31 January 2021 China nationals are temporarily exempt from visa requirements for entering and staying in Ukraine for up to 30 days within 180 days where the purpose of travel is tourism.
